Couldn't be easier....after dialing the number in bold above you will get an explanaton but no need to listen...important thing to call Canada, after dialing the 07755 number above, use the international code 00 followed by 1 followed by the area code followed by the number but most importantly do not press send, rather press #

Yep, in fact you usually don't need to press the # key, it just speeds things up. (Remember that # is called the hash key in the UK -- "pound" would be a bit confusing -- and that the international prefix is 00 and not 011 as in Canada.)
