My +7624 number from freeGlobalsim works for incoming but not for outgoing. IWhen I try outgoing, it says "contact reseller" on the display. However, reseller is out of business.

amroe...

If you enter the wrong password 3 times in a row, the password must be reset using the PUK (password unlocking key)....if you enter the wrong PUK 10 times, the sim card is fried meat and nothing can bring it back to life....the PIN and PUK are found on the little card you separate the sim card from...I always scan this card so I can get that information back if I need it....it is for that reason that I always disable the PIN if the sim card allows me to (the only one I've ever had which will not allow me to disabe the PIN is my Vodafone DE card)...so be careful about entering the PUK, try to find the card the sim was attached to and if not, call the person you bought the sim from

Failing that, nobody can help you (unless somebody knows a universal code to disable pins...I'm sure it exists somewhere just like a universal unlocking code must exist, it's just not available on the web)....

Message for dealers, read carefully.

We perfectly know there are dealers of international cards writing on this forum, and we appreciate their interests on this forum to help their present and possible future customers. We are very tolerant, but we do not like spam at all. So we kindly ask you to behave in a positive and intelliget way, without using our forum (a free service) for your own interest (which is making money).

I'm sure you perfectly understand what I wrote. This is valid for all dealers/resellers writing on this forum.
