Are calls to an Ekit +44 number treated as calling another mobile by either Orange or Voda?

for contract minutes, inclusive by Orange but not Vodafone

also inclusive by O2 and Virgin, charged by T-mobile and 3

from prepaid, the excluders amongst those above have much higher tariffs

I don't know about from all the mvno brands but I think the cheapest will be 8p
