I can now confirm that T-Mobile USA prepaid roams in the UK (on Orange and TMO), even though it isn't mentioned in the price list.

But are you brave enough to figure out what they charge per minute for a call from the UK to USA or Germany??

It's will be obviously quite high - The same $1.49 (see rates below) that they charge in other Western Europe countries. It's just good to know it's there in case of emergency. Or for a quick couple of calls.
