there are 2 options.

The ibridge works like calltrough. you dial your number, get the dial tone and dial out wherever you want

the call forward works like you said - all imcoming calls get forwarded to your assigned destination and charged according to your rate plan.

There are four things you can do with incoming calls to your US/UK VoiceStick number:
1. Forward them to another number just about anywhere in the world. (Global Call Forwarding)
2. Receive them on your Internet connected computer anywhere through the VoiceStick program. (the default function)
3. For calls from a single number, provide a dailthru tone so you can call anywhere at Voicestick rates. (I2Bridge)
4. Send them to Voicemail, which can then be forwarded via e-mail. (Voicemail)

One other thing. VoiceStick get's its name from the USB stick that carries a copy of their program set up to autorun. You plug it into any Windows computer and run the application without having to install it. While I have used the USB stick, it is not really necessary and may not be worth the extra cost to everyone. Most places I use public computers they prohibit you from using your own USB plugins, so it only helps me in limited circumstances.

I don't know the answer to that. I assume it would have to provide calling line identification. I've never tried that from outside the US.

Not a clue but I've only got a few dollars invested in VoiceStick. If they become uneconomical I'll dump them like a hot rock and let them know why.

Nope, you can just enter any number there.

I dont think they are going to charge that.
This feature brings them money for the outgoing calls - and mostly also for the incoming call (at least here in europe the providers always get their share for received calls as well).
