Default TravelSIM still alive? - 01-12-2010, 15:54

We have been trying for quite some time now to get in contact with their support, but no luck.

We write to them and get a "ticket" in return, but ticket only generate an error when trying to check the status of of our questions.

Are they gone or on the way down the drain?

Travelsim, is that the same one as EasyRoam? Used to have an easyroam sim but have used up most of my credit and moved on. Even so, I was still able to access the account. I just tried and was not able go access it.

I as remember - easyroamm is UK based SIM, their web site: Travel Sim - 100% Free Roaming - No Connection Charge - No Daily Fee
I have not their SIM, so can not say - is they alive still or not.

Regarding Estonian based travelsim I used Airbaltic card - it works pretty nice.
If you have not reply from dealer support(c)travelsimshop.com,
I can suggest to send questions directly to support(c)travelsim.com

Yes, Travel Sim is still alive. I used it for roaming in the Caribbean the week of 12/13.

I haven't been able to login to their site either so I sent them an email asking for the list of my recent calls. They replied within a few hours with the requested info.
