Telekomunikacja Kolejowa (Railway Telecom) resigned to take its GSM 1800 licence. They didn't gather enough financial support for this project. It's nothing strange to me since they bidded crazy 510 milion PLN (about 128 milion EUR) licence fee whereas the mobile market saturation is about 80% at the moment.
