Default "Mobi" new German prepaid MVNO - 12-12-2006, 21:03

A new prepaid card started in germany recently.

"Mobi" runs on Vodafone and has very good rates for international calls.
When used abroad the Vodafone Passport option ("Reiseversprechen") is included free of charge.

All rates and info on http://www.mobi-online.info/tarife.html

Yes, exactly. With the advantage of the much cheaper roaming - at least in the VF Passport countries - and the better network coverage.

same had been with blauworld at the beginning. lots of countries for 1.99 euro a minute. but now they changed that too. lets see how things develop

I'd suspect the incomplete list has more to do with the unfinished state of the website than anythig else. Looks like they copied their prices and billing increment (60 seconds) and 15 cent call charge straight from Blauworld's site. Reminds me a bit of the German market just a few years ago, when all four networks' prices were EXACTLY the same...

Current DE: Vodafone, Netzklub; PL: Klucz, Virgin; UK: Giffgaff, Vodafone; US: T-Mobile; CA: 7-Eleven; IT: Vodafone; UA: Kyivstar; FR: Bouygues; GR: Vodafone
Former DE: Vodafone, T-Mobile, O2, Blauworld, 01051mobile, Solomo, Lycamobile, Simyo, Congstar, Fonic, Edeka Mobile, Lidl Mobile; PL: Heyah, Era, Virgin, Sami Swoi, Orange, POP, iPlus, Carrefour Mova, Telepin Mobi, Play, Lycamobile, T-Mobile; UK: Vodafone, T-Mobile, Virgin; US: T-Mobile, AT&T, Lycamobile; CZ: Vodafone, Oskar; ES: Lebara; GR: Vodafone, Wind; UA: Vodafone; IL: Orange; TR: Turkcell
