However, please note my comment "including some though not all island prefixes" [on that exclusion list]. So to clarify what I said, after the confusion I caused about exclusion/inclusion, the island numbers aren't all excluded from being 3p, but one or two might be (i.e. 07924, 07624 @ 23p).

toggle does not make a difference for Isle of Man, Guernsey or Jersey normal mobile number or Landline.
