Numbers beginning with +3726 are landline numbers. You should look for numbers beginning with +3725

I would not trust that the number is simply ringing...
When trying the betamax services most of the times I could hear ringing tone but the phone did not rang (and I was charged).

Same experience with me, called mobiles don't ring, call is charged.
