Topping up a Wind 9

My daughter who is studying abroad in Milan got a Wind9 card. I thought if there was some way to top it up on line I would do so to surprise her. Is this possible. It seems like it when I go to Wind-it but the screens are in Italian where you have to register and I don't speak or write it. Also, it requests your name etc and I would assume I would want to put her info there correct?

If I can't do it, no big deal. I can always deposit some money into her checking account from here. Thanks in advance for your replies.
