UM balance problem -

Hi, does anybody have same problem as mine? anyone knows what happend with UM?
my balance suddenly became 0 euro, supposed to have about 20 euro or so.I just ckecked a few days ago. Today I checked and it's 0 balance, saw lots of sms sent ,they were charged and and refunded, I did sent sms but only 2 or 3 , not 14 or so sms .so if they were refunded, the amount should be credited. I topped up before I went on my vacation in Aug 06, I know it won't expiry a few more months. unless it expire 6 months time instead of 9 months. anyway, thanks if anyone knows, I sent email to CS but still waiting. |

It expires if you don't use it for 9 months, not if you don't refill it. So surely that's not the problem. The only way to discover what's wrong is to contact them...

Yes. It's okay now as I mentioned in the other thread about Globalsim. They confirmed it's just a glitch on their website.
