Does anyone have experience with them:

https://www.worldsim.com/

I'm intrigued by what appears to be free incoming calls in a number of countries on a US number. I have no idea how they can monetize that.

I picked up two on ebay a while ago.
I don't recall details but they were both essentially new
and had over $20 on each.
One in dollars and the other in GB Pounds.

Why makes you think that the calls to the US number are free??
Stop being intrigued!!
The incoming calls to the UK number are free.
Not so the US number. I just tested and got charged GBP 0.11 and USD 0.15
for incoming calls to the US number. [in California]

I have not really used them otherwise to be able to tell you much.
In the past, call forwarding seemed to be something they did interestingly.

Also, it shows rates for T-Mobile but I have not been able to get on their network [recently? Can not remember if I ever did.]

I searched their website and didn't see anything about the surcharge for US numbers but was obviously suspicious. Thanks.

they write somewhere "for the additional numbers we charge .15USD for inbound calls". I assume they mean "all besides the main +44" - but definitely not clearly stated

Germany: o2 blue all-in L, simquadrat
Thailand: truemove (phone+sms+wifi)
International: xxSim+372, toggle +44/+49/+41/+31
Phones: Huawei Mate7, Huawei P9
