voice Sim card to buy in China

My son is going to China for 10 days. I plan to give him my unlocked quad band cell phone. I want him to buy a local Sim in China to use in the major cities to have a Chinese phone number to receive and make calls back to the U.S. Anyone know the best SIM for him to buy? Any with free incoming calls while he is in China? He does not need data.
