Top-up O2 UK impossible using a Wind voucher -

Ok, last april I top up my O2 UK simcard by a Wind voucher.
...today I take my O2 UK simcard, roaming on Wind... I call 4444 for Top Up service... IVR... ok I arrive @ "Top Up by a Starmap Mobile Voucher" and I get a strange error before to digit any number... "This number doesn't exist", one time, 2 times, 3 times... well, now is it impossible to recharge O2 UK with foreigner vouchers? http://www.o2.com/print/starmap_mobile_alliance.asp is working as usual....
