Vodafone Sim Stuff

Does anyone know if all Vodafone sims are capable of getting a 3G UMTS data plan attached to them? I found this ebay listing:

Vodafone sim

And wanted to buy it only if it will work with a vodafone 3G UMTS data plan. The person selling it doesn't know.

It's a Spanish Vodafone card and it works on Spanish Vodafone 3G network as well as, probably, in several other 3G networks around the World, on international roaming.
Anyway Vodafone ES doen't have any UMTS data plan on prepaid, they just have some forfaits, but very expensive, there's no reason to use this card instead of Wind.
