I am trying to dial a travel sim number (+3725) and could not be connected to it. The other user does not receive any ring. I do receive a ringing tone and get also charged for it! This charge applies for sure to the voip providers that I have online billing!
:ranting2:

I have tried two voip providers as well as OTE (the Greek Telecom organisation).

Anyone with the same problems;

Sms receiving is working ok.

Looks like your greek voip provider can not connect to estonia.
Lets make complain to him. Usually any operator can quickly change route to better quality.

Also you can try to dial from a Mobile Operator,
or from Skype for example.

btw also you can ask from support@travelsim.com

I have tried to connect via OTE (which is the main operator in Greece, like Telecom Italia, BT etc)

I have tried via voipfone (Uk voip provider) as well as Tellas and q telecom (which are serious local indirect providers using normal telephone lines-not voip- and was could not also connect).

I have tried other voip providers and could not connect

What I mean is that I can not connect to +3725 despite having tried many routes....

The fact that OTE, tellas, qtelecom can not connect is very strange......

P.S. Mostly I do get a ringing tone, the phone does not ring ang get charged for that ringing tone!

if you PM me the number of the sim-card i can make some tests from work tomorrow. we have several main carriers in contract.
maybe there is really a problem with travelsim and not with calling estonia in general.

I have sent you a pm! Thank you for this!

One of the voip carriers already admitted they have a problem with estonian mobiles after I have asked. I will see what OTE says!
