Hi,
Here are some updates on GR Q-TELECOM (202 09).
The official name of the network is Q-Telecomunications. The company is no longer owned by Info-Quest. It has been bought by the same funds (APAX and TPG) that control TIM GR (202 10). This means that the two networks will sometime eventually be merged as the new owners have paid the Greek telecoms' regulator a reimbursement of the discount that Infoquest enjoyed when they bought the fourth greek license. They paid back the discount since the fourth license got sold to an existing player.

Anyway, the important thing is that for now Q-Telecom subscribers can roam both on the Vodafone GR network (as they did up to now) and on the TIM GR network. The TIM GR network has substituted the Vodafone GR network as the preferred national roaming network on Q-telecom SIM cards (through OTA update).
Currently there is no date announced for the discontinuance of the national roaming with Vodafone GR.

The updates that have to be made on the prepaidgsm.net site are two: the title of the company which now has changed to "Q-telecommunications SA", and the roaming partners as being TIM GR and Vodafone GR, with TIM being the preferred network set on Q-Telecom SIMs.
