Ortel Telecom, Roaming Partner?

There is a new dutch virtual provider named Ortel: http://www.ortelmobiel.nl/.

I can not find exactly who the roaming partner is, but i think it is KPN. maybe a addition to the site?

If anybody knows exact the roaming partner post it here.

It doesn't seem so convenient for national calls, but surely it is for international calls, quite similar to Lebara Mobile.
