Default Now in Italy, prepaid 15 euro wind sim. Says no credit - 10-09-2011, 07:37

Hi,

I bought a prepaid sim card and asked for the 1 gb a month plan.
About 48 hours later and I can see with *123# that I have zero credit and no data.

What can I do?? I'm only here for 8 more days and I'm not returning to Rome until the last day.

Thanks.
Ps - bought in termini which I see has problems with a lot of clients...

They don't sell Wind cards with 15 euros of credit. You have 5€ of credit which isn't enough for the 9€ data option. You first have to wait till it's active, then refill it with at least 10€ then activate the option and enjoy data.

Well... That's not what the seller explained.

I was told that within 48 hours that data plan would be activated and I paid 15 euros on te spot.

So your saying that the 1 gb prepaid plan actually costs 15 Euros which I paid plus 10 euros that I have to add once it's activated? Still prefer tim which cost me 10 euros all together and was activated on the spot when I bought the sim card.
(although the plan is 250 gb a week)

Wind sim-cards cost 10€ including 5€ of credit.
The Internet No Stop option costs 9€/month. That means that you need to refill before being able to use the Internet No Stop option. The minimum refill should be 10€ if I'm not wrong, but maybe also 5€ (I always refill with 50€, so I don't know).
