I have found this site and I would like to add more information about spanish MVNOs.
There are even more virtual operator here for example :

All the virtutual operators are described at wikipedia site, but not all allready started to provide services.

MVNO in spanish is OMV (operador movil virtual). If you want I can help you upgrade the spanish operators' list.
