TravelSIM BLOCKED!!

Before I use it abroad, I checked my trvaelSIM.
Then I found that my travelSIM cannot make nor receive calls.
I called the support hotline. They say that my travelSIM is now blocked.

Anyway, I requested them to unblock my travelSIM, while I do not know
why the SIM is blocked.
(Of course it is less than 24 manths from the last billed event.)

Has anybody experienced the same trouble?
