pre-paid SIM for Belgium

I've had a look around the forum as I'm sure my question gets asked regularly but cannot quite find the answer to my question. So...

I'm spending next week in Belgium and would like to know the best pre-paid SIM I can buy to allow me to make calls within Belgium and out to Holland.

Have you looked at the "national operator" pages like:
PrePaidGSM: Belgium

Doesn't really answer the "best" part of your question, but gives plenty of choices!
