Default 09.is query - 16-11-2008, 10:13

Hello

Is anyone else have troubles with 09 at the moment. Tried to access my account several weeks back without success - ended up with a message that said no such account/e-mail exists. E-mailed customer services twice with no reply except for the auto reply. To be fair
their customer services replied in the past within a day or so...
While away making calls I received a text message saying to top up my card and that I was 23e in credit.....
I wonder if this is anything to do with the Iceland credit crunch.....

About a month ago I send a SMS. Account login worked fine then.

Ah! At least I know it's not them but something I am doing wrong. Still receive error message about unable to find my account when I tried recover password as well normal login.. Also I now receive a new message about server not being authenicated - is my pc blocking something maybe....

login is the phone number, password is the PUK

I just sent me a SMS over 09 and that also worked fine.
