Default Germany | second monthly prepaid data flat for € 25/30 days to start soon - 21-09-2008, 15:32

Bild am Sonntag, a German tabloid, reported today, that as the second provider O2 will launch a prepaid data flatrate on monthly basis on October, 1st at a price of € 25/month. A UMTS-USB-stick will also be sold together with the SIM-card for € 70.

Also worth to mention is that you can now order all data options from contracts also on the loop PAYG platform.
That means you can get also
30 MB for 5 Euro
200 MB for 10 Euro.

All data options without commitmend - can be changed or cancelled every month.

Right, but you should mention that the "Internet Pack S" (30MB) and "Internet Pack M" (200MB) are only valid for one month. So unused volume can't be transferred to the following month.
As I just read, O2 will also sell a UMTS-USB-Stick for € 70 including one month of "Internet Pack L" (flatrate) for free.
