I received a notice from Lyca that Lycamobile entered the telecom markets of Italy

Well, Lycamobile entered the Italian market in 2008... They only updated their website (they say "a new website will be online soon"). I hope the next step will be the beginning of operations as Full MVNO, and then the availability of local tariffs in Italy with toggle.
