US Carriers/MVNOs to add to list

I have added a few carriers and made changes to my running list on US prepaid SIMs. I thought you might want to add things here

DELETIONS:
1. POP wireless - no new activations are offered, only recharges. I think the brand is dead


MODIFICATIONS:
1. SunCom - regional carrier, but prepaid is national
2. CellularOne - regional carrier, but prepaid is national
3. Einstein PCS - regional carrier, but prepaid is national
4. Iowa Wireless - regional carrier, but prepaid is national
5. Changed info on a number of regional carriers - provide only local prepaid, not national



ADDED:
1. Red Pocket Mobile - MVNO
2. Cool Prepaid - MVNO
3. Jolt! Wireless - MVNO
4. Airvoice GSM - MVNO
