I may be going to Russia in a couple of weeks and wondered if there are any prepaid sim available, preferably with data.

I purchased Megafon SIM card, but of course, all the instructions are in Russian. I did get english instructions on how to use the SIM, but nothing on how to set up data. They supposedly have GPRS with 3G in Moscow and St Petersburg. Any Russian speakers here who can see if it is on their website?

Here is a config example for windows mobile with screesnhots.
the APN is "internet" and the username and password is "gdata"

Awesome, thanks a bunch. Supposedly you can get the settings via SMS, but I was afraid that I wouldn't know what to do with them.
