I paid just 85 SEK for a new Telia card in April.

Swedes can get this amount on their sim card balance if they register the card (for which a social security number is needed, I understood)

The nice thing about them is that you can get it in every single Pressbyrån, meaning practically everywhere

Mobile internet sim cards:
INT: abroadband, NL: Simyo, *bliep, BE: Colruyt Mobile, MEDIONmobile, LUX: Orange, PL: mBank Mobile,
DE: Congstar, MEDIONmobile, IE: Vodafone, CH: OK Mobil, SwissCom, SE: Telia, ES: MásMovil,
GR: Cosmote, IT: TIM, RO: Vodafone, RS: mt:s, BY: Privet, UA: Kievstar, MD: Moldcell

Feel free to consult me about sim cards in the Benelux and Poland.

Hello,

I'm going to Sweden for 1 week only and I will need to buy some pre-paid card with a starter there. It will be mostly used for local connections (with swedish numbers and polish roaming numbers). I do not assume using net via cell phone. I will probably be back in Sweden for several short visits in the next months, so it would be good to save the phone number, but I do not want to pay any monthly fixed charge. Please, help me find the inexpensive solution.

Regards,
MT
