Just started:
www.che-mobil.de

inside germany: 16ct/min, 15ct/sms
from germany to abroad: 49ct/min Europe/US, 99ct/min rest of the world
from europe to germany starting with 39ct/min
incoming calls abroad: many countries with 10ct/min
all outgoing calls with 6ct connection fee

The Network is VIStream (on Eplus), like the SUNSIM, numbers start with 01570.

Calls from germany to Europe+US 49ct
rest of the world 99ct

Otherwise the SIM gets cancelled. But they pay out the remaining balance minus 5 Euro for handling.

If the balance of the card falls to 0 Euro you have 90 days to recharge again or the simn gets cancelled as well.

1) How do you recharge; Vouchers, credit card;

2) Is it possible to buy it from outside Germany;
