Requirements for Italy SIM

I am going to be going to Italy next week, and would like to buy a prepaid sim while there. Will I need any other information besides my passport and the "codice fiscale" that I generated online?

That should take care of it. They may want an address in Italy. So, have the address of a hotel you plan to stay at.
