From the state of the web site, it looks like they are just starting out.

Thats a card on the german virtual network provider "Vistream". They use the prefix +49-1570 which roam on Eplus-Network in germany.

I already added some of these cards in the national operators list on this website. They all can offer quite attractive roaming rates when using callback.

Hi Chris,

are you sure, that Freetimetele.com uses a Telogic (formerly known as vistream) SIM-Card?

Regarding their (Telogic) latest Press release, they have the following "labels" running:

- Arcard-Mobile
- Berlet
- Clay Telecom
- FoneEze-Mobile
- igge & ko
- Netcologne
- sdt.net
- solomo
- Simsay
- SIM-Mobile
- Speach
- SüdkurierTel
- TNG
- TouristMobile
- Unify Mobile
- vdK Telecom
- White Label Mobile
- willy.tel
- wilhelm.tel.

Freetime Telecom a subsidiary of European Internetworking B.V., Linschoten, NL
see http://www.eui-mobile.com/
you'll find the company is registered at Liechtenstein also:
http://www.llv.li/pdf-llv-ak-melderegister.pdf see page 2 of 7

For international use, they use a Liechtenstein IMSI, for german use, they are using the E-Plus-Network, but I don't know yet which MVNE (Enabler) or numbering scheme they use.

Maybe FTT is (using) a successor of former united-mobile technology or staff ?

Hi Henning, in their older FAQ they had example numbers with +491570 prefix, now they ereased this info. Might be a new candidate for a test-drive to be sure

EDIT: But can be still found in the screenshots on the help page, e.g. here:

Hello,

I re grab this thread, as FreeTimeTele.com is still Alive
After the shut down of vistream / telogic in Germany, they received numbers from E-Plus (= today Telefónica o2 Germany) and continued.

They offered an US-mobile number from Texas (+1-940-...) but had to stop this Service "due to issues with the Number Provider" About 6 weeks ago (March/April 2019)

If you buy this Card it has a Jersey-Telecoms +44 7509 76xxxx number.
You can choose a german Telefónica o2 number +49 1577 744xxxx where xxxx numberpart is both the same in Jersey and German number. These both numbers are free of charge.
You can add an spanish, polish or dutch mobile number for 1 Euro per month. Activating of the number needs 1 Minute.
SIM-Card is operated by naka-mobile - some guys with Relations to the former "United-Mobile" SIM-Card from Liechtenstein/Jersey.
Tariffs could be interesting outside of regulated Europe.
