i had during the first hour of subscribtion no acces to one FR network.

His name is bouygues telecom. The number of tries this occurs was between 3 and 5...
8 to 12 next tries was good until now. (5/23/2013 10:52am GMT)

FR volunteer specialist in mobile.
Looks for free SIM with FR roaming Orange, Bouygues & SFR.

Delight mobile OK. Piranha mobile OK until now with a bad issue at the beginning.

Hello,

if somebody understands german language, my test-review at teltarif.de - Kommunikation ganz einfach could be of interest for you:

Roaming-SIM von Piranha im Test: Zuerst gut, dann enttäuschend - teltarif.de News

In short words:

At the beginning very impressive, nice features, excellent support.

Pro's: US-Number and UK number on one sim card, more numbers available.

Con's:

- My tested phones didn't support dialing via SIM-Tool Kit as follows: I dial the number normally from my phonebook, receive an error message and SIM-Toolkits does the rest form. I used Nokia 6310i, 6600 and HTC Desire S (Android)

I only could dial by code *111*... or from the SIM-Toolkit Menu manually.

- Sending of texts didn't work the last days

- Texts from german networks to my PM SIM showed the funny behaviour:

From Telekom D1 to US Number - no
From Telekom D1 to UK Number - yes

From Vodafone D2 (Germany) to US-Number - Yes
From Vodafone D2 (Germany) to UK-Number - no

same for E-Plus and Telefonica-o2 and Swisscom (NATEL) : US ok, UK no.

Phonecalls from E-Plus Network SIM (Simyo) to PM-UK Number --> Announcement, "This number cannot be reached from the eplus network." maybe E-Plus has never heard of Bellingham Communications? (Who knows)

Prices and Tarifs of PM are absolutely ok.

PIN and PUK are not delivered with the card, my request was not answered yet.

I phoned and textet my account near to zero and put it back in the cupboard.

Dear Support,

my remaining account is 0.17 GBP. I have removed the SIM-Card from my phone and put it into my archive. At the moment I do not intend to reactivate it, as I have currently no need for it. Nevertheless thanks for your support.

One thing for the community

The initial SMSC was +39 335 884 000030 (TIM Italy) on the SIM-Card.

After removing it I found another SMSC +1 417 400 0003 in my mobile phone.

Which one is the right one? Maybe this leads to a solution.

Dear Sir, they are both correct just on different IMSIs. You may find that any issues you had with SMS from primary number has been resolved.

so I just updated to the latest Acrobits SIP app for Piranha, that claims to offer push notification (so it will pick up VOIP calls with the app closed, I think is the idea, saving battery). Problem is that Acrobits does not register, says 'registering' then 'error' then 'Piranha mobile unauthorized'. So I cannot use Piranha at all for VOIP now. It worked fine before... The account settings are there from the prior version, and seem fine.
Piranha tech support person, any ideas? thanks!
