Default Venezuelan currency - 09-10-2008, 10:19

I am confused by the Venezuelan currency (ies):

http://www.digitel.com.ve//Secciones...scx&Equ_id=533

How do you interpret the cost of this phone? Is it, in the new currency Bs. F., one point 865, or one thousand 865? Is the old currency showing one million 865k, or is .000 showing three decimal points?

How much would that phone be in USD? My friend said it is one point 865 Bs. F.,meaning that phone would cost less than 1 USD? But I find it unbelievable.

TIA.
