Any ideas?
If you apply to one of mega packages which gives you up to 2.5 gigabyte of data you will have way more than enough. My brother used the WIND card on the laptop using a USB modem in autumn and used about 150 megabyte for one week (email and reading some webboards and ICQ).

Wind is by far the best operator to use in Italy with an iPhone. Nearly all the people I know which have that phone use Wind. The "Wap No Limit" offer is usually enough, 250MB for 3 eur/month is a very good deal. If you think to use more MB you can go with the Mega1500 offer.

Thanks ... I'll do my best to get hold of one when over there and possibly go for the "Mega 1500" offer just to be on the safe side. ; Whatever the price it has to be much cheaper than paying for the internet connection that is often available in the hotel.

If you mean using your phone connected to a PC/PDA to surf internet of course you can.
