Default My UM account is Frozen - 18-03-2009, 20:49

Hi... I need your help because I just figured out my account state is set on "Frozen"!
What does it mean? Do I have to top up?
I tried to use the SIM card, and outgoing SMSs/calls+incoming calls don't work. I can only receive SMSs.

I'd like to keep this number active... thank you for your support!


Italian main SIM Cards:

3 Italy
iPhone 3G 8GB with 3Power (postpaid offer)
Vodafone Italy
Nokia N73 with Vodafone Tempo Libero (postpaid offer too)


International SIM Cards:
1 United Mobile (mmh...when it works)
1 Vodafone UK

Either you haven't used it for a while (maybe 9 months?), or the balance is below €1, or some other problem ...... call them and ask
