InterRail issued RoamingFree sim card with the phone number from the UK (+44?????) seems to me interesting

The problem is that the sim card is limited to a closed circuit and I don't think the terms a as good as other international sim cards.

I don't understand it period, no rates, no networks, no explanation of how to top up, in fact no related costs period, all very confusing
