The big question still is: are these Maxroam Classic SIMs to be transfered onto a new platform (Mobistar Belgium) by Maxroam's partner Tellink any time soon or not?

It looks like they are switching their cards to Tellink as advertised by end of September. All customers should keep their balance and number.
Should be complete I guess in a few days.
Link is here

I am lucky not to use one of your sims and given your answers I don't see myself using them in future.

From what I read people are just asking question about the situation. Instead of giving a answer to these question you choose to tell that sometimes the lack of knowledge on here is astounding.

Ask yourself how this will look. You want to be a pro company offering sims and by giving these type of answers you just make a fool out of yourself.
