MVNO that seems to be based in USA, using Estonian network EMT (IMSIs point to MCC/MNC 248-01). Can be found here: MobilenetSIM cards Anyone used them before? any good? How's EMT roaming agreements?

Can't be worst than the rubbish United Mobile.

looks like a rebrand from TravelSIM for 29,90 - "Your No.1 Roaming-FREE SIM Card"
These cards work very well for outgoing calls and SMS, inbound they are a bit hard to reach from cheap carriers.

Germany: o2 blue all-in L, simquadrat
Thailand: truemove (phone+sms+wifi)
International: xxSim+372, toggle +44/+49/+41/+31
