Default new uk based travel sim/ internation sim - 03-02-2007, 20:28

Was at a holiday show today and came across a stand operated by a compnay called 'cherry mobile' (web address later in post!)

based in the uk they are a 'specialist' roaming mvno (andre can you please add this (once checked) to the relevant section in the operators list!

offering both contract and pre pay options.

These rates seem to be a little cheaper than the others, though. I am wondering about VAT for US customers are exempt like my e-kit and GeoSIM, and whether it is one minute billing or 30/6.

Interesting sim! Free incoming calls in the Philippines - I have never seen an international sim having that.. Are there any other?

Have a look at this term from Cherry site:

1. The Services supplied under this agreement shall continue to be supplied for 3 months following your last use of the Services provided you have sufficient airtime except in the event that this agreement is terminated in accordance with Clause 10. At the end of such period the Services will cease to be available to you regardless as to how much, if any, unused airtime remains on your account.
