France SIMS - Breizh

In 2004/5/6 I successfully bought SIM cards from the Breizh website and had them delivered to our holiday address. I used my UK Visa card on all occasions, and this worked fine once I put in the holiday address in both the Account Address and the Delivery Address fields.

This year, I get a 'Your bank refused payment' message. I checked with Visa, and no payment request reached them, so it is the Breizh website that is disallowing payment.

Has anyone tried this successfully, or is anyone aware what may have changed since 2006 when I last did this without problems (using exactly the same Visa card as now)?

Alternately, can anyone recommend a similar deal with another provider? I am only interested in voice calls between 2 mobiles within France.
