Is it possible to Roam in Canada with a US number without having to pay per minute for calls received? Is there such a SIM card?


in the US: AT&T
in Italy: TIM
in France: Orange

There are some postpaid plans available from Verizon, T-Mobile and Cingular that include usage in Canada (and Mexico for Cingular).
