international sim, with internet management, which one have?

Hi all.

I need and international or french sim, with internet management, in way to recharge from web, check credit, traffic detail and with english web site, like vodafone does (at least here in Italy).

Anyone could suggest an operator?

I will not use that sim, it's for a friend of mine and i would help her from here, throught internet, checking credit, sim expiration and recharge when need it.

The ones I have, freeglobalsim, united mobile, and yackie all do.

Thank you a lot for replay mate, i'll buy probabily a United mobile, seems to be the most convenient one and cheapest to keep in life.
