Default WorldSim sim card - 22-08-2013, 14:26

I bought a Worldsim sim card for use while in South Africa.
I bought the 30 Pound ( $51 ) credit. I have not been able to use the phone after registering the sim card, the credit that came with the card was used up registering the sim card.
I have e-mailed Worldsim, I have tried phoning using a landline but call quality is so bad I could not understand the support person.
I have used their Self Help at least 2 times, this has not resulted in fixing the problem.
The problem is the credit is showing on my account but the mobile phone still shows no credit.
It looks as if I have had the money stolen off me with very little chance of getting the money back.
I will never use WorldSim again.

This thread would probably be more appropriate in the international SIM forum.

Which one? Really can not be both. Did you buy the card from their website? [As opposed to someone else.]
Your phone gave you a chance to choose 'Global'?
