Hello,

I am looking to buy a prepaid SIM-card that can have a data pack added, to last for a few days while visiting Berlin.

Are there any providers that won't allow a foreigner to register the SIM-card and top-up (i.e., you need a German credit card or bank account)? I will have a German address I can put on the registration form.

I am thinking I should be good with 1 GB of data. Which option would I have for this?
