You just have to create a new remote connection from Windows (like using a normal 56k modem), choose the phone as modem and then write
*99***1# as number. Then in the modem properties add this string:

Then use it like any other internet connection. Of course I suggest to use it in Italy unless you don't want to become poor very fast!
