I have been using Betamax voip providers such as Voipbuster, Sipdiscount, Justvoip, SMSlisto since 2005.
I have not logged into my accounts for a while and now when I enter username and password on the website it says "incorrect username or password". My sip device also will not register.
When I click on the "forgot password" link and enter my email it sends me the same details that I have entered which shows my username and password are ok.
I cannot find any other way to contact them as the website will not let me in to contact customer services. This has been going on for a few days.
Anyone else having a problem like this or know of any other way to contact them?.
I have quite a bit of credit spread between the accounts so don't want to lose it.
