Pros
:
- Plenty of shops all around in cities. Getting one was a question of minutes.
- Enter the shop, ask, copy of a document, pay, get out with all essential information and instructions booklet. In few minutes the SIM is active and you can book the options.
- Simple but effective custom menu in the applications (exact location dependent on your phone) to consult your balance and more (free for consultation services, news etc. at a cost).
- It seems you can easily top up from the phone, even outside Belgium (I have not tried that yet). The SIM lasts 1 year if I am not wrong.
Cons
:
- Minimum SIM sold is 30 Euro. They give you 30 Euros services, so there is no rip off, but you must hope to get to Belgium again if you do not stay long enough to use the whole whopping start-up 30 Euros.
- Network is only 2G, therefore the best you can get is EDGE connection. But you can live with it.
Everything worked fine. No bad surprises.
