From the US to the wind phone, dial 011-39-xxx yyy yy yy
From the wind phone, to call the US, dial 001-xxx yyy yyyy

xxx is the area code, for example 380 is my wind area code, 212 is new york.
yyy is the local phone number

Rates to call the US are high- it's .50 € per minute, but .63 or so for the first minute (taxes). See the thread I just started in the voip/callback part of this forum about Jajah. 0.213¢ u.s. a minute and you don't pay for inbound calls on the wind phone.
