This rate cannot hold bu they do offer virtual phone numbers.
The $0.064 seems to be the PC to phone rate. The virtual calling card rate is $0.089 per minute. Still not bad. Both make no mention of calls to cell phones. USUALLY there is a disclaimer about rates to cell phones being higher.

"Virtual Calling Card is an option for your Broadband or PC To Phone that allows you to use your prepaid funds to make calls via toll-free numbers in 27 countries. Now, whether you're traveling, out for lunch of the internet is not available, your iConnectHere account will always be with you!"

Therefore, you must sign up for the PC to phone. Minimum $5.95 per month OR pay as you go with minimum $10 starting balance. For me this could be viable, but you do have to download software, etc.

Any experience with it?
